Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment and prepare for your treatment. For your first appointment allow an additional 20 minutes for consultation (this is free of charge).

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice be given if you need to cancel your appointment. Any cancellations of less than 24 hours notice will incur a full charge for the scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment so as not to impinge on the following clients' time.

We operate a flexible timetable to accomodate everyone.

We are available 7 days a week from 10 am to 10 pm.

Evening appointments at no extra cost. Please check with our therapists for current availability.

20% discount for a course of 10 treatments paid in advance. This offer is available for the 60 min and 90 min treatments.

Home and Hotel Visits or Visit us in SW1

Indulge in your own space. We are expanding our services and offer home and hotel visits within Zone 1 of Central London. We offer a 10% discount on our out call fee if you have your own treatment table.

GP Referrals

With our clients' consent and permission we may from time to time feel that it is appropriate to liaise with their GP and/or other healthcare professionals to establish whether massage therapy is the best course of action in relation to their current state of health.

In addition, if we feel that any injury requires the intervention of a GP or other we will gladly write a referral and liaise with your Doctor to aid treatment and recovery.

Treatment Setting

We offer our treatments to both male and female clients of all ages. Some treatments can be performed with clothes on, please ask your therapist. For people under the age of 16, we require that they are accompanied by their legal guardian.

What Do You Wear

According to your level of comfort, you may remove as much or as little clothing as you wish. Your therapist will leave the room so that you may disrobe and cover yourself on the treatment table. You will remain covered by a sheet at all times. Your therapist will only undrape the area being treated.
